Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. When she was 16, she began participating in fitness contests after quitting gymnastics. She was awarded her Professional Card within a year when she was 17 years old. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. She started to compete at fitness events after deciding to end her childhood career in gymnastics. After only one year, she could earn her Pro Card aged 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest person ever. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel was able to take six years off the show to pursue her university education. In 2015 she continued her path from last year by competing in high profile contests as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals each year. In 2009, four more fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She became one of the most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to earn her bachelor's degree, when she earned the Pro Card. She made a comeback in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro at The 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in the Fitness Olympia. The stage was hers Olympia stage after three months, taking sixth place at the Fitness Division. With no expectations prior to the event, Ariel states that she was more proud of her placing. There is no doubt that Ariel did well given that she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel's physique is improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working on your lower back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm pull-downs (on the machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. She warms-up first before moving on to exercises. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as feasible. The routine she does for her back consists of three or more supersets, each consisting of 10-12 reps.
